"Ọkàn means soul.
Every project begins there -
before the walls, before the form."

Studio Ọkàn

Studio Ọkàn is a global design house crafting soulful, contemporary interiors that are designed to be felt, not just seen.

Rooted in heritage and elevated through innovation, we create one-of-one spaces for discerning clients who value emotion as much as form.

Every project begins with presence - a deep understanding of how a space should move, breathe, and hold those who live within it.

Founder and Creative Director of Studio Ọkàn

The Founder

Founded by Annabel Adeyinka, a British-Nigerian designer whose work sits at the intersection of heritage and modernity.

Studio Ọkàn was born from a belief that design is a language of soul.

British in structure, Yorùbá at its core.
Annabel’s approach merges discipline with intuition - a balance between architectural precision and emotional storytelling.

Her vision is simple: to create spaces that evoke feeling, honour culture, and reimagine what global luxury can mean.

“Ọkàn” translates to soul in Yorùbá -
a reminder that every project begins with essence.”

The Studio

Studio Ọkàn operates globally, partnering with visionary clients, developers, and introducers across the UK, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Each commission is approached as a one-of-one - conceived, designed, and visualised with a level of intention that transcends trend.

Only a select number of projects are undertaken each year to preserve the depth of creative focus and intimacy our work requires.

“Designed to be felt, not just seen.”
